Return and Refund Policy

At Mallyro, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Gift cards and store credits.
  • Items purchased as Final Sale.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@mallyro.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization number and return instructions. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you within 5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same product, subject to availability. Please follow the same process as a standard return and specify your desired replacement.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@mallyro.com. Mallyro will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund or free replacement.
